What a day it has been!

I think I had the absolute worst day that I have had since I have been here. Started off with the most congested travel to work, which it's always a cluster f$c&, but extra today. So a 2 lane road turned into a 5 lane and everyone is more in a hurry than the next. The driving here already scares the pants off of me, but when they start squeezing into places that aren't meant to be traveled, flashing at you like you can teleport over all the other cars, honking at you, and just trying to push you out of the way makes for a very stressful trip. So my anxiety was high as hell at 0600, too early for all that.
Finally made it to work and survived the crazy traffic. Work was, well work, so not too bad. BUT then it was time to go home. I go to leave and the traffic is the exact same. Only this time everyone was in such a hurry that there were 3 accidents before I even made it to the highway. So traffic was moving at turtle 🐢 speed and I just wanted out of the intense hostility everyone else had as well. Horns were honking, cars were so close I couldn't even see their headlights in my rearview mirror. It was crazy to say the least. If you didn't know before or couldn't tell so far from this post, I have serious car anxiety from prior accidents I have been in (none I was driving, only the passenger) so I hyper focus on the road which sometimes backfires in face. Finally made it to the highway and traffic was moving fast (140-150kmh) so I set my cruise control to 140 and coast. Until I wasn't fast enough for some and flashing and tailing began again. It's such a distraction when the other drivers do that and there is no where to go or another lane to transfer to with other traffic already in those lanes. So naturally you slow down to switch to another lane, but that is not what they want you to do. So naturally I scream at them in the car like they can hear me, "Where would you like me to go" and of course they don't answer 😂😂.
Finally make it home to change and head to the Apple Store. I needed to get a new iPhone because my US phone wasn't working very well here. I get to the mall, purchase me phone, and go to the phone company to activate and switch my eSIM. And this is where the absolute worst part of my day began. Mind you I was already amped up and consumed by anxiety from the traveling to and from work. But, I have never been treated with such discrimination and treated less than human than I did at the phone company. I don't want to go to far into detail on that, but it was horrible to say the least. The way I felt, no one should ever feel that way. Not from anyone, but especially not from a professional company employee.
Where did the kindness go in people, where is the equality?
Because of the way I was treated at the phone company I had to leave and go to another branch all the way across town (35 min drive with traffic and lights) to do something so simple that it took the other store branch 2 minutes to complete. I wasn't treated so poorly at the second branch, I was treated like every other customer at the store, like a human being. They had great customer service and equality. Phone was up and running. I was so mentally beat down I just needed a hot shower and my bed. So that's what I did. Didn't even eat supper.
Please do not be hateful for what I am about to say, but I have never been on this side of discrimination like I was this day. The way I was treated at this store and so discriminated against, really hurt my heart. I see things a lot differently now, I was so nieve
to this. I don't discriminate against anyone or anything so my eyes weren't open to this kind of behavior. I was blind to it until it personally happened to me.
THE WORST DAY!!
Goodbye for now! ❤️
